## Purpose

Read the supplied meeting notes and identify the purpose of the discussion. Write a concise brief for a teammate who did not attend. Use only information found in the notes and preserve the meaning of each decision. Do not invent participants, dates, agreements, or commitments.

## Decisions

Separate confirmed decisions from proposals that are still being discussed. Explain the reason for a decision when the notes provide it. Preserve conditions and disagreements that affect the outcome. If the notes contain conflicting statements, describe the conflict clearly instead of choosing a version without evidence.

## Action Items

Extract each action together with its owner and deadline when these are stated. Mark missing owners and deadlines as unspecified. Keep independent tasks separate so that a reader can track them individually. Do not turn a suggestion into an assigned task unless the notes explicitly support that interpretation.

## Open Questions

Collect unresolved questions and identify information that the team still needs. Distinguish missing information from a confirmed negative answer. Keep the wording neutral and avoid guessing what a participant intended. Include relevant dependencies so the next person can understand why a question remains open.

## Final Check

Review the brief against the original notes before returning it. Check names, dates, numbers, and the status of every decision. Remove duplicate points while retaining distinct responsibilities.
